First and foremost, I am a husband and father. My family motivates me to work hard and chase down my goals. One of my goals is to continually improve. I hope my thoughts and opinions are helpful and I hope to incite intelligent and honest conversation.
My experience comes from several places. First, I am a Private Equity Fund Analyst working with a major bank. I have spent the last couple years working in the PE field, learning about the accounting and investment side of private investments.
In college, I was involved in investment clubs and competitions on the public side of investing. Here I preformed a great deal of qualitative analysis on companies and their financial statements. I enjoying digging into a companies financials and their cash flows to make a determination on whether it’s a sound investment or not.
